ABOUT OUR CLUB

We currently offer youth lacrosse for all months of the year except April, May, and June (typical town lacrosse season). We practice 1x a week on Sunday's in the late afternoon at the New England College's Turf Field or Field House (indoor turf field), and run our practices consistent with the rules of the New Hampshire Youth Lacrosse Association- NHYLA and USA Lacrosse.

Roster sizes are limited to ensure all participating athletes receive the best experience possible. Any athlete who does not make the roster, due to it being filled up, will be placed on a waitlist.

Meet the Coaches

My name is Jeff Sprankle and I'm the owner of WNH Lacrosse. I have over 10 years of lacrosse experience, I coach youth sports teams, and have daughters involved with youth lacrosse. I currently still play lacrosse as a defender and typically do this for the majority of the year.

I had created this club to better youth lacrosse skills and participation in the Weare, NH area. Our goals are to focus on the dedicated athletes who strive to be leaders on the field, who want to build their skills to out compete their competition, and to become role models to fellow teammates and younger generations who may be interested in this wonderful sport.

In addition to ensuring every athlete receives the best possible coaching and experience at WNH Lacrosse, I also head coach the girls division.

Coach Kora

Hi! My name is Kora and I play both Varsity and JV lacrosse for the school I attend. I also work at a daycare and absolutely love being around kids. Coaching is one of the most enjoyable things I've done and I look forward to helping young athletes develop their skills for their upcoming seasons.

Coach Cody

Coach Cody has played men's lacrosse as a goalie and midfielder, and is excited to coach youth players, including his daughter, during the off season.

Coach Lauren

Coach Lauren plays goalie for the school she attends and specializes in both goal keeping and defensive gameplay.

Coach Ric

I have been passionate about lacrosse since first picking up a stick at age 15 in high school. I'm still active today in an over-50 league, I enjoy competing in both field lacrosse and box lacrosse, and bring a lifelong love of the sport to every team and player I coach.

I began my coaching career by guiding my daughter’s teams from the U8 level through U14, helping young athletes develop both skills and confidence in the game. After my daughter advanced to high school lacrosse, I continued coaching by taking on a U8 boys team, remaining committed to introducing new players to the sport.

In addition to coaching, I helped in growing lacrosse locally by bringing the sport to the Weare Athletic Club, where I served as Lacrosse Director for six years. During that time, I helped expand participation and built enthusiasm for the game throughout the community.

Coach Colt
Growing up on the lacrosse fields of Nashua, Colt played through his Varsity years as a midfielder and attackman. He was one of five kids in an all-around sports family. Competing alongside his brothers, he developed a deep-rooted respect for the discipline and camaraderie sports require. He brings that same intrinsic drive to his professional life. As a natural leader managing large crews on busy jobsites, Colt is known for his likable, hands-on approach and his ability to cultivate productive, motivated teams.

Off the clock, Colt and his wife have carved out a thriving six-acre homestead in Weare, raising their four children alongside a lively mix of cows, goats, chickens, and more. With a household full of athletes—including two kids already entrenched in competitive travel ice hockey—he inherently understands the grit and dedication youth athletics demand. Now that his oldest two are stepping onto the lacrosse field, Colt is eager to return to his roots.

His coaching philosophy is traditional and deeply motivated. He expects athletes to want to be on the field and put in the work, but he understands that a great coach helps unlock that internal drive when a player is struggling to find it. Firm and direct, yet genuinely kind, Colt intentionally balances high expectations with a supportive approach. He is dedicated to helping the next generation master the fundamentals, build their character, and truly love the "fastest game on two feet."
